“Extraordinarily high level of service, an amazing experience, magnificent scenery, and a great guide. We were picked up in Vancouver, drove about 1.5 hours, and then we arrived at the river. All fishing gear was in the car, and immediately we could get started with fishing. We spend the night af a fine hotel, just 10 min from the river, the next day, we were fishing 3 legs of the river, all in all a outstanding experience.”

“I found Chromer Sport Fishing showing up top of the list on search engines for my trip to Vancouver. I was convinced I had the right guide 6 weeks before the trip when they responded so quickly and professionally with all of the answers to my questions. I had a lot of questions and a couple of special requests, and they responded quickly and effectively every time. On time pickup (awesome service- who does that?!?) and the guide, Yos, was personable and obviously EXTREMELY knowledgeable. The short drive up into the beautiful Southern BC mountains flew by, and Yos and I discussed my fishing experience, what I was looking for, and what I was interested in learning that day. Many guides (I’ve hired many freshwater and saltwater in multiple countries around the world) just ‘do what they do’. I quickly discovered that Yos was actively seeking to customize the trip to my experience, fish catching goals, and a couple of special requests. This started with the emailing experience and culminated in where we went, and how and what we fished for. As for the fishing- one of the best days of fishing in my life! Yos put me on my first ever Steelhead on a fly and some amazingly hard fighting (and sizable) Bull trout. The scenery was spectacular (well of course it’s BC!) and Yos pointed out eagles and even a couple of snow white mountain goats clinging to the cliffsides. It was obvious that he was as excited as I was to be out there that day, even after all of those trips and all of the years, and THAT my fishing friends, makes for a great day and a great guide experience regardless of your catch. I can guarantee I’ll be taking out Chromer Sport Fishing next year for Steelhead and trout, and hopefully for a Salmon trip as well! Thank you so much Yos and Chromer Sport Fishing!”
